Young Professionals
Our Young Professionals group was formed in 2019 with the goal of creating a community for outdoors-minded young people. This group serves to retain students graduating out of our youth programs and increase young adult membership in the Conservation Federation of Missouri. As with most young professional groups we provide networking, professional development, and volunteer opportunities, share job announcements, and host events both in-person and virtually.
Who Can Join Us?
Anyone who is interested in the outdoors and conservation of natural resources that is between the ages of 21-40 who works in or lives in the state of Missouri.
Join the Conservation Federation of Missouri to become an official member of Young Professionals. The cost of base membership is $35/yr and includes bimonthly issues of the CFM magazine, biweekly digital newsletter, and other benefits. Reduced rates are available for current college and graduate students at $20/yr. Go to www.confedmo.org/join to become a member.
Ways to Stay Connected:
We base most of our communications in the Facebook group, “CFM Young Professionals,” which can be found below. Simply answer the membership questions and a group admin will check your answers. Once you’re admitted, feel free to start off with a post introducing yourself to the group. Don’t have Facebook? No Problem! Just send us an email to get added to the group or for more information on the CFM Young Professionals group.
